Garden Patio Decor™ Limited Residential Warranty
At Garden Patio Decor™, we stand behind the quality and durability of our outdoor furniture. We proudly offer the following limited residential warranty to the original purchaser (“you” or “Purchaser”) to ensure peace of mind with every purchase.
Limited Warranty Coverage
Garden Patio Decor™ warrants that for twenty (20) years from the date of purchase, under normal residential use and proper care, our furniture will be free from material defects. It will not splinter, crack, chip, peel, rot, or suffer structural damage due to insect infestation.
Metal Frames
- Welds and joints are warranted against breakage or cracking for five (5) years.
- Powder-coated finishes are warranted against peeling for five (5) years.
Hardware
- All hardware used in the manufacturing or assembly of our furniture is warranted against breakage for five (5) years.
Woven Inserts
- Woven components are covered for five (5) years against structural failure, cracking, unraveling, excessive fading, or rotting.
Sling Fabric
- Sling fabric is warranted for three (3) years against tears, loss of dimensional stability, mildew, rot, and abnormal discoloration or fading due to sunlight or weather exposure.
Cushions and Pillows
- Workmanship and material defects are covered for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
- Fabric is warranted for one (1) year against tearing, mildew, and excessive fading.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:
- Normal fading or color changes over time due to sun exposure. The purchaser is expected to use protective covers and/or store cushions when not in use to minimize fading.
- Any color or pattern variation between replacement parts and original pieces.
- Rust or corrosion on metal hardware or steel frames.
- Improper assembly, modifications, or misuse.
- Use of unauthorized cleaners, chemicals, or heat sources.
- Use with incompatible accessories or products not made by Garden Patio Decor™.
- Environmental conditions such as mold, pollution, acid rain, salt air, or weather-related events (e.g., floods, hurricanes, snowstorms, etc.).
- Accidental damage, physical abuse, neglect, or vandalism.
- Labor, assembly, or transportation costs post-delivery.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product or finish without prior notice. If your item is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement of equal or greater value.
Claiming Warranty Service
To submit a warranty claim:
If you purchased directly from GardenPatioDecor.com, please fill out our Warranty Request Form. At the provided link, include the following:
- A description of the issue
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
- Clear photos of the product and the defect
After review, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or authorized third-party service. If the product has been discontinued, we may offer a similar item of equal or greater value.
Returns must follow the process outlined above and may be assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items not returned as instructed may forfeit any credit or replacement eligibility.
Final Notes
This warranty is valid only for residential use within the continental United States. Regular maintenance is required to maintain warranty coverage. Damage resulting from neglect, misuse, or improper care will void this warranty.
