At GardenPatioDecor.com, we want your outdoor space to feel just right. We offer a clear and easy return process to help make things right, If your new furniture doesn’t meet your expectations.
30-Day Return Policy
Furniture* items may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Our team is here to help you to facilitate this return process.

*Furniture may need to be returned- and is subject to a case-by-case basis.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in new, in unused condition
- Be in their original packaging with all parts and hardware
- Not have been assembled, installed, or modified
Photographs of the material are required for a return and can be submitted via the return link below-
Once the return has been initiated, we will provide you with a prepaid return label with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). If you no longer have the original packaging, contact us for further instructions.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Clearance, final sale, or open-box items
- Gift cards
- Samples
- Items that have been assembled, installed, or modified
Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery
Restocking & Return Shipping Fees
All eligible furniture returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Return shipping costs and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund unless the item was received damaged or defective. Original outbound and upgraded shipping fees (e.g., white glove delivery) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, repair, or refund.
To report damage or defects, email us at inquiry@gardenpatiodecor.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
If a return is required, we’ll provide return instructions and shipping support. Please ensure your package is securely packed.
Refund Options
Refunds can be issued to your original payment method or as store credit for use on GardenPatioDecor.com. Any applicable restocking and shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an item has shipped, it will need to be returned in accordance with our return policy.
B2B & Large Order Returns (10+ Items)
Returns on Business-to-Business (B2B) or Large Orders (10+ of the same item) are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to:
- A 25% restocking fee
- Return shipping costs
- Additional terms depending on order size and condition
