FREE SHIPPING
We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
Order Processing Time
All in-stock items are stored in our warehouse and typically ship within 2–3 business days of your order being placed.
Please note:
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM CT may begin processing the following business day.
- Processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons or holidays.
Delivery Timelines
Transit times vary depending on your location but generally range from 3 to 7 business days after your order has shipped.
- Smaller items typically ship via FedEx Ground or UPS.
- Larger items or high-volume orders may ship via LTL freight.
All orders ship from our U.S. distribution centers.

Shipment Notifications
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Standard Delivery Details
Standard delivery includes drop-off at the address provided during checkout (curbside or doorstep).
It does not include:
- Moving items to a specific location (e.g., backyard)
- Unpacking or assembly
- Packaging removal

Freight Shipments
For larger items or high-volume orders, your shipment may be delivered via LTL freight. Here’s what to expect:
- Tracking may take 2–4 business days to update after shipment.
- Freight orders are delivered curbside only.
- The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
- You must be present to sign the Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Before signing, inspect all items and packaging for damage or errors. If any damage or packaging issues are noticed, note it when signing and reach out to us right away.
If you request special delivery services (e.g., backyard drop-off), you may be responsible for additional fees charged by the carrier.
